In the case of heavy snow there is an arrangement with the Church and School and MGRA to hire a JCB to clear the snow and that the costs are shared equally. The JCB will clear the main road through the estate and the road to the church, and if time permits the JCB will clear 20 metres into the feeder roads leading onto the main road through the estate. This plan was originally approved in the AGM 2011 and is still in place.
